General Questions

  • If custom order please see Custom Order section.

    If item is damaged and I am able to remake I will be happy to send a new one.

    If item is not damaged and I am able to resell, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    If item is not damaged and I am not able to resell, unfortunately I am unable to offer any returns or refunds.

  • Depending on the item I might not be able to restock. But feel free to reach out via a Custom Form submission and I will see what I can do!

  • Unfortunately once your package is in the hands of the chosen delivery service, I have no control over the delivery speed. Please wait two weeks from original expected delivery date to reach out and we can discuss further actions.

Custom Questions

  • So sorry about any delay. I always aim for 2-3 business days for replies but sometimes that doesn't always happen. I will get with you as soon as I possibly can! And I am EXTREMELY grateful you picked me to create something for you!

  • Yes! Deposit will vary by item. Bare minimum just enough to cover supplies. I will create a separate posting for you and it will be under the Custom items page in my shop!

  • Due to the unpredictable nature of whatever delivery service chosen, things like this happen. If never arrived please allow 2 weeks from the original expected delivery date before reaching out. 

    If an item arrives damaged, depending on the item I will remake and send, or offer a 90% refund on the item if unable to remake in time after proof of damage is submitted.

  • We can discuss all the finer details if you need to cancel. Depending on the various stages of the creation process, I may or may not be able to offer a complete refund of your deposit.

    ~ If no supplies have been purchased yet I will offer a full refund of the deposit.

    ~ If supplies have been purchased but work has not started I will refund 50% of the deposit.

    ~ If work has started unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund of the deposit.
